Terms of Service

Last updated March 28, 2026

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Verne and the related services available through verne.me and its supported subdomains.

2. Operator and Service Scope

Verne is operated by Minority, a sole proprietorship. Verne is a trip planning service that helps you create, save, edit, organize, and share travel plans.

3. Eligibility and Account Access

You may use Verne only if you can form a binding agreement under applicable law. Account access is provided through Google sign-in or email-and-password sign-in, and you are responsible for maintaining control of the account you use to sign in.

4. Service Features and Changes

Verne may provide trip creation, itinerary editing, saved trip access, and read-only sharing links. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service when reasonably necessary for operations, security, maintenance, or legal compliance.

5. User Content

You keep responsibility for the trip titles, itinerary details, notes, and other content you submit to Verne. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, store, process, display, secure, and transmit that content solely to operate and improve the service.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You must not misuse the service, interfere with its normal operation, attempt unauthorized access, infringe the rights of others, use Verne for unlawful activity, or abuse shared links, automation, or technical interfaces in a way that harms the service or other users.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict or suspend access if we reasonably believe that your use violates these Terms, creates security or operational risk, or is required by law. You may stop using the service at any time, and account deletion is handled under the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation

Verne is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all data will always be error-free, and we are not responsible for losses caused by third-party sign-in providers, network failures, device issues, or your own input errors, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Privacy

Our processing of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an important part of these Terms.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will post the updated version with a revised effective date before or when the change takes effect.

11. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any dispute related to Verne will be handled in the courts with jurisdiction under applicable Korean law.
